Craftsmanship & Repairs
Since every piece is made by my two hands, you may find some slight variation between photo and product. I take immense pride in my work and make every effort to ensure you receive a beautifully crafted piece of jewellery. If you have a specific preference, concern or question, don't hesitate to send a message prior to placing your order.
Should a piece fail after purchase, please get in touch with me as soon as possible to begin the repair process.
I stand by my work and will continue to make repairs to my work for as long as I am physically able. Should the day come that I am no longer able, I encourage you to seek out your local jeweler for repair or repurposing. And in the very end, when your piece of jewellery has lived its full life, consider donating, or at the very least, please recycle.
Returns and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me at kiley.granberg@gmail.com within 7 days to initiate a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Should the item arrive defective or damaged, please contact me immediately including a photo and I will make arrangements for repair or replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products, such as commissioned and personalized pieces are non-refundable. However, in the event you are dissatisfied, please let me know as soon as possible so we can come to a mutual resolution.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
